Weighing in at...
In the pink corner, hailing from Gramercy Park, Manhattan, it's Esme Gordon...weighing in at 7 lbs 1 oz.
For those of you keeping score, that means Esme gained a whole 1 lb 3 oz in the last week alone. In fact, the doctor had to double check the scale to make sure she was reading it correctly.
That puts to rest any question of whether she's eating enough. To give you a sense of how much that is, it would be equivalent to me (Will) putting on over 35 lbs in a week.

Welcome Esme!
Hi Everyone,
We are extremely excited to welcome our baby girl, Esme Eva Gordon, into our family. She was born on August 11, 2010 at 12:56 AM, ten days ahead of schedule. Upon arrival, she weighed 6 lbs 3 oz and was 18.5 inches long. Both Melissa and Esme are healthy, happy and doing well. We are already home and enjoying the family bonding time. Attached is Esme’s first candid. She’s a real cutie and we can’t wait for you all to meet her.
